We believe our work environment matters, so we are located in a beautiful monumental building with shared offices and flexible workspaces. The building is surrounded by a beautiful garden where we have lunch (and sometimes even meetings if the weather allows it).

At Julius Clinical we give colleagues the opportunity to work together and independently, as evolving situations demand. This applies both within and across departments.

Yes, we provide the opportunity to work remotely. If you’re local, we ask you to come to the office at least one day per week, and sometimes a little more if this is needed for your team or the organisation. You are always welcome to be at the office more often if this is what you prefer. We also provide a personal budget to furnish your home office.

Our team members are willing to take responsibility for what they are doing and think in terms of possibilities. They are eager, positive, creative, and engaged with the team. This is the kind of mindset that ensures a fruitful career, and that is what we nurture.

In line with our core theme of flexibility, we offer opportunities to advance vertically and horizontally, if that is best for an individual. We also offer the chance to develop new skills, if that is the best way to raise an individual’s ceiling for advancement. We also offer diverse specialised programs, such as APM/CTA/CRA development programs.

Our commitment to short lines of communication applies not only externally, but internally as well. We believe that transparent communication is important, and we always encourage our employees to speak their minds.

We have 30 paid holidays. For our international employees, we offer flexible work schedules that account for your home country’s holidays.

Part-time options (at least 32 hours for line management), a great ABP pension, a leased car for specific functions, a travel allowance, and a bonus scheme.

Easy. Just send us your application, and if we think you would be a good fit for the job, we’ll contact you for a meeting with a line manager and human resources. If there is a match, we’ll conduct an interview at the office with our team. An offer could follow that meeting when there is a fit and enthusiasm from both parties.
